Phase I- Consultation & Home Walk-through 

Give us a call at 770-776-9795 or send us an e-mail at info@luxelivinginteriordesign.com so we can discuss some basics for your design project. We will schedule a time to meet at your home to walk through the rooms and or spaces that you would like to renovate or freshen up with a "re-mix" of new decor and furnishings.  A discussion pertaining to design layouts, decor, & intended functionality will take place with consideration to an ideal budget.

Phase II- Plans & Approval

Following our walk-through, our team will create a custom package incorporating any design plans, flooring, wall finishes, fabrics, furniture, and lighting. Typically we will create a "mood-board" to present to you that will allow you to see our ideal transformation for your space. A mood board consists of fabric swatches or selections, ideal flooring, paint colors, light fixtures, furniture selections, etc. so you can get a feel for what is to be expected. We will make any changes or adjustments as necessary and provide pricing for such selections at this time. If construction is taking place, we will provide floor plans and sketches for the intended project.

Phase III- Oversight of Orders & Construction

Once approval has been granted for the intended project(s), we will proceed by placing furniture, lighting, & product purchases. We will organize and administer purchase orders  and tracking of any associated vendors or retailers. At this time, we will also schedule any necessary sub-contractors and handle the oversight of the projects by directing, scheduling & coordinating time frames for project completion. We will request your approval for scheduled contractors prior to a confirmation of scheduling & provide you with the final agenda for in home contractors.

Phase IV- Installation & The BIG Reveal

This is the MOST  exciting day for us. After orders have been received and any construction has been completed we will request a full day for our install. We will work diligently to transform each room around your heart's desires as initially discussed. Following completion, we will take you through your newly finished home and express our excitement with you!
